I'd keep the 8-point and risk the blot on 11. It's twice as many hits but it would be by a halfway-home blot rather than an escaping backrunner. It also avoids stacking the 6-point.

I'd bring the 11 pt down and risk the 8 pt, and make the 3 pt.
