Too early to run from the anchor, so that leaves two options. Thought about 13/7, 6/1* here to have a chance at completing the 5 pt prime, maybe the Herd dances... the downside, of course, being the possibility of the 6/1 or at least one of the blots getting hit. On the other hand, considered 9/3, 8/3 to make an inside point and leave builders for the 7, 4 and 2 points. This also leaves the possibility of one or both blots getting hit on the 8 and 9. I think 13/7, 6/1* is the higher risk/higher reward play, and with the Herd having only a one pt board and the match score being what it is, that is what I will choose and let the pips fall where they may...
