I reckon this is a marginal double, at best. Do we want to give him the cube? On the other hand, we have lots of hitting numbers and could find we soon lose our market. Oh, what the hell, let's double and give him something to think about.

I think it's marginal, if a double at all - we have threats to hit but a ragged board with a secure anchor in it, and a position that's going to be hard to bring home even if we do score a hit this roll. Also, some of the hits with a 1 leave us very exposed, and both 1s and 3s are duped between hitting and making a useful home board point. Hold the cube, roll and think again next time.
