Hit twice. For a start, there's no way we can disrupt his timing with a clever non-hit, he just has far too much and it's still early days for this backgame. Our immediate plan should be to slug it out over our four- and bar-points; that becomes far easier if his board is weak, so we shouldn't let him get his five cheaply. After that, perhaps the second hit is unwelcome, but all the other options foul up our position more.
