I'd take the opportunity to clear the 7 point. It leaves zero shots, and with spares on the 6 and 5 we probably won't be forced to leave a direct shot for several rolls.
66 will be an anti joker, but other than that it looks quite flexible.
Remember that we're not trying for a gammon, and his board is in such a state that we don't need to trap him so that his board crunches.

Small differences, but I'm guessing the reason that 7/5 7/2 is not the best play (I also thought it was), is the 7/2 part. It puts a spare on our deepest point when we might be able to avoid that altogether. This line of thought seems to be supported by the fact that several other 7/5 moves are among the top choices, even when they leave el_micho the 1-6 shot.
