Wow, I've never seen the Herd so completely split over a move! With no tactical changes of vote at the last minute to force a result, I let Gnu's random number generator pick between the four leading options...

That seems like as good a way as any to decide, although I'm not in favor of playing behind the anchor.  it seems weak, but I won't be surprised if it is best. I'll start a rollout since I can't imagine there is a cube in the immediate vicinity.
