All the safe vs bold criteria point to bold. my initial instinct was to make the deuce point and slot the bar point, but that's too tame in a position where a bold move is called for.
By entering on the 21 we present some real difficulties to his stripped and stacked structure. A 5, 6, or 7 allows him to play safely, but lots of rolls will force a double shot and with our nice board a hit helps us a lot. Staying back has the advantage of more contact, but I prefer to move up to the 21 where we have a direct shot if he slots the 15 or 16.
