Don't see anything but 23/11(2).
23/5 11/7... too risky and it won't prevent the runner from escaping.
23/17(2) 13/7 8/2.... just too ugly.

23/11(2) it is for me, at least I'm not that far behind in the race; when your roll is bad it gives me some builders too.
