This has turned into an ace point game for skater, and the rule of thumb is that an ace point game wins about 20% of the time and loses gammons about 20% of the time. AtS we'd need to win 1.4 times as many gammons as single point wins. We don't have that here so playing on for gammon is ill advised. We've probably already lost our market since his takepoint is between 24% (dead cube) and 28% (live cube).
The only reason not to cash would be if we were gin, but there's still ways for him to win.
So I say cash this puppy. If he takes, even better.
