erdbeere hat sich bereit erklärt, die Dinge vor Ort (sprich in Köln) zu organisieren. Wir werden in den nächsten 2 oder 3 Tagen festlegen, ob die Party am 1. oder 2. Wochenende im Juni[/size] stattfindet (also: Fr, 3.6. und Sa, 4.6. ODER Fr, 10.6. und Sa, 11.6.).

Wer jetzt noch die Wahrscheinlichkeit steigern will, dass der ihm genehme Zeitpunkt ausgewählt wird, möge seine Präferenzen hier kund tun (sofern nicht schon geschehen)!

2. hotel am chlodwigplatz. ebenfalls sehr zentral gelegen, kleines, familiäres hotel. die zimmer sind klein, ebenso die badezimmer, ansonsten aber ganz gemütlich. hier würden für uns, da wir als eine art gruppe kämen, die einzelzimmer 50 €, die doppelzimmer 80 € (inkl. frühstück) kosten. liegt in der merowinger str., tel. 0221 - 93 12 44 - 0. wenn man hier reserviert, sollte man das stichwort "backgammon" angeben, um die günstigeren preise zu bekommen.

3. dorint novotel. etwas weiter ab vom schuss, aber auch noch akzeptabel gelegen. wesentlich luxuriöser als die anderen beiden hotels, dafür natürlich auch teurer: einzelzimmer 120 €, doppelzimmer 135 € (inkl. frühstück). tel. 0221 - 80 14 70 (www.novotel.com).

wie gesagt, die reservierungen sollten möglichst schnell erfolgen, da bei messe die hotels sehr schnell ausgebucht sind. falls mir alle innerhalb kurzer zeit (bis spätestens montag, den 18.04.) bescheid sagen, welches hotel sie bevorzugen, würde ich die reservierung übernehmen. ansonsten kann ja auch jeder selbst im hotel anrufen.

if you sent me your choice until monday, the 18th of april, i would make the reservation for all together. otherwise please phone by yourself to the hotel. there are a lots other other nice hotels in cologne of course. these 3 are just the best to reach the places, where we will meet. you can reach all by foot. to the centre it takes with the tram about 15 minutes.
i remember jule told me an adress for cheap hotels, but i have forgotten the adress. please ask jule about it, if you are interested in it.

Hallo Erdbeere!

Super das Du dich um die Organisation kümmerst. Die Orte die Du ausgewählt hast sind auch gut. Vor allem der Biergarten im Volksgarten ist schoen. Aber was machen wir bei Regen?  
Schonmal den Spielplatz, bzw. das Filos gecheckt? Im Filos wuerde sich evtl der hintere Teil gut anbieten.
Da ich auch in Köln lebe würde ich Dir gerne, soweit es geht, meine Hilfe anbieten.

great that you care about the organisation of the meeting. like the places much you choosed, espacialy the beergarden at the volksgarten. but what to when it is raining. do you have checked the "spielplatz" or the "filos" for this event. as i also live in cologne i would like to offer you my help, as far as i can.

Hier findet ihr Hotels schon Einzelzimmer ab 30 Euro, aber auch die grossen teuren Hotels zu besseren Preisen als bei einer Direktbuchung.
Und vor allem kann man in der Regel noch kurzfristig stornieren (schaut dabei in die Konditionen für das jeweilige Hotel)
Ich habe schon oft darüber gebucht und bekam gute Hotels zu günstigen Preisen.

Beispielsweise bekommt Ihr darüber Zimmer im Dorint Novotel Hotel (Einzel- wie Doppelzimmer für 75 Euro + 15 Euro Frühstück)
