FIBS Board backgammon forum

I cannot get in, I have had FIBS for 3 weeks now and I have had to recreate a new account. I still cannot get connected. Every time I connect a message comes back saying \"access denied\".
Can someone please help me. Is there something I am NOT doing , or something that I have done that I didn't need to do.  lol
