We had a good time running the tourney, although there were couple of people not being too nice.
I often turn off the shouts at all. So i dont get the sh** shouted.
But i miss the nice hellos in the shouts too :-(

Dorbel's direction of the greater good overcoming a louder evil is quite apt when it comes to the challange FIBS presents to all that enter here to enjoy, relax and laugh at the game itself and the silliness an open forum creates...simple crudity and sophisticated kindness can coexist here I think..this is a magic of FIBs..and this community.
MND's suggestion of java gag is a great one... I know I use it when necessary..

Actually Fek, there used to be a lot more racism on FIBS. I got on the bad sides of a couple of the routine racists on FIBS years ago and I'm still getting fallout from the jerks. Players like DrMengele and Rabbi_Eichmann proceded to clone IDs spoofing my name, and NIHILIST started a very sick thread on rec.games.backgammon impersonating me, as well as faking my ID on another backgammon server and slandering me (with the aid of Honeygirl).
Wingstun is just one more user to be driven away by these jerks, and driven away becase we tolerate the sick, crude few who take sick pleasure in doing so.

In the first place, there's no law that says I can't call myself anything I want at an internet bg site. No one stole your identity and benefited from it in any way, financial or otherwise. No crime, no punishment.
As to your major bone of contention, the RGB writings you claim I posted would SEEM to fall under the laws concerning LIBEL AND SLANDER. Your own state code refers to libel as " To expose any living person to hatred, contempt, ridicule or obloquy, or to deprive him of the benefit of public confidence or social intercourse." It goes on to discuss publishing such things in magazines, newspapers or other periodicals. No mention of an internet site.
The state code also defines such actions as GROSS MISDEMEANORS; nowhere is the word FELONY used. Further, if you research it more, I believe you'll find that libel is a CIVIL issue. If you believe you have a case, get a lawyer and sue. There must be hundreds of lawyers just drooling at the thought of taking this one on on a contingency basis.
BTW, you might also see if the statute of limitations has expired.
I suggest that you have been guilty of libellous behavior yourself on numerous occasions. One only needs to read your many posts on FIBSBOARD. Exposing others to CONTEMPT and RIDICULE is your stock and trade.
The bottom line is you have no proof of any of your charges other than I caled myself Don Hanlen on Netgammon, something which is not against any law and which I freely admit to.
With regard to the RGB posts I rely on the time-honored defense a prominent Texas attorney used for a client whose dog was accused of biting a woman;
