FIBS Board backgammon forum

mainly because fibs.com is down and the FIBS status page (http://www.soul-trade.com/status/ (http://www.soul-trade.com/status/)) says it's down, but any idea how long it's been down or how long it will be down?  I checked the FIBS page at Twitter and there was nothing listed.

2 hours 20 minutes after maria's and no comment about why it is down.  Come on FIBSters, inquiring minds want to know!

Sorry, there was a DNS failure.  I didn't know about it because I was sound asleep.

Reminder:  I always update http://twitter.com/fibsdotcom (http://twitter.com/fibsdotcom) with status.  If there's nothing there, I'm probably not yet aware of the issue.  Nobody else will know what the answer is if it's not there.

Also, sending mail to pattib AT fibs.com to let me know that fibs.com is inaccessible is... unlikely to be effective.  Figuring out why shall be left as an exercise for the reader. :-)
