With pride i announce the birth of my baby daughter.
She was born by a c-section this morning 09:30.

Her name is Noralie Helene Leonarda and she weighs 3238 grams.

I have been waiting all day for these pics - and worth the wait :D You all look very well - radiant even :D

Watch out for that little girl - she will be quite something - an aries - with - I might add - the same birthday as my mother :D (that will be easy to remember!!)

Enjoy these early days - as traumatic as they might at first seem, it is a very special time - I hope you have a good support team on hand :D And keep the pics coming !!

Back in october of last year, you webrunner, proudly announced the great news to all of us on fibsboard. It seems that the doctors and you were spot on about the arrival time being mid April ;)

I hope both Hypnosa and Noralie are doing well!

I have to point out that Noralie is no more or less cute than thousands of other babies people make the usual comments about. (The major difference in healthy babies is skin color.) I'm sure that to her parents she is deservedly a jewel and all that.

But nobody has pointed out the true measure of Noralie's future! In the first pic. she has her finger stuck in her ear, an indication that she will be a brilliant FIBSter!

(She really is a cutie, and congrats to Webby, but mostly Hypnosa for all the work!)

Hey, Don:

As a fellow stickler for facts, could you do me a favor?

In the first picture, where the admittedly adorable little one has her right hand next to her right ear, look to the leftmost finger (as you look at the picture)namely, her right pinkie, and start counting knuckles going to the right of the picture.

1, 2, 3, 4 fingers clearly outside her ear, with the standard issue thumb below.

Ain't no finger stuck in no ear in that shot.

This, I submit, ladies and gentlemen, is an object lesson as to why eyewitness testimony is so unreliable.

Or, if this were the standard don-flame-war, an example of his poor analytic skills.

Dear friends,

we're all happy as we acknowledge that running Fibsboard and doing so much hard work in FIBS has left some spare time for you two guys to reproduce ! Now I understand those frequent "brb"s from you just around 9 months ago...;-))

Congratulations!

I guess the baby is soon going to register on FIBS with an appropriate nickname: Hypnorunner? Webboosa?

I'm sure Patti will agree that she deserves a top rating as a welcome gift. How about a 3000? That seems to me barely enough...

Wow! Congrats to both of you. Of everything I have to be grateful for in my life, my son (who is now almost 15) remains at the top of the list. And those memories of the first few weeks of his life are still ones that I value greatly.

Congratulations...shes such a cutie!

We were expecting the birth of our child around the same week as you, but he was born 7 weeks early by C-section too...maybe they will be FIBS budies in the future!
