Can you be more specific?   :)

 :unhappy:
I don't know what kind of labels they are; I can't open them.  There's just a "2" under "labels" in the sidebar.  maybe because of my 9.2 I can't get to them.

This is starting to get fun.
:)
Do you mean when you're playing on FIBS, you see labels on your interface?
Or do you mean when you come to FIBSBoard and go to certain areas?

When I sign on to Fibsboard, it has a list on the left that includes messages (in box, out box, etc.) then the second listing says "labels" and I have 2.
thanks for trying

I'm still trying to figure out what you mean.     This is what shows up in the left column in my profile area.  Is this what you are talking about?

OH, I see what Mary means now!
When you log in, and click on My Messages, on the left side is something about "Manage Labels".
Since I have none, I don't see the 2 that Mary is seeing.
I'm not 100% sure Mary, but I think MAYBE if you delete any messages in your Outbox and Inbox, that 2 will disappear?
Hope this helps!

Ah!  Thanks, maria!   :)  I found it, and, in my case, I have 3 labels.  However, nothing says what the labels are for or about!   :unhappy:  I even went to "Help" and could find nothing about labels, so I haven't a clue.    Oh, and my messages are deleted, too, so it can't have anything to do with that.  I guess we will have to wait for webrunner to tell us.   ;)

OK, labels are for categorizing your personal messages. A littl;e like folders. The only difference is that you can add multiple labels (tags) to one message.

Webrunner, can you explain how this is done and maybe how to undo a label?

In the right corner of a message you see a pulldown menu with the text : label message
Select a label there and voilá, it is labeled.

if you want to see only the messages with a specific label you click the lebal in the menu on the left of the screen.

There is also a "manage labels" menage option. There you can add, delete and rename labels.

Does this help?
