fibs is laggy lately, especially the dice.

I haven' t had much lag lately resh and the bulk of the lag I get seems to be on the atlantic  crossing (I run tracerts in the background sometimes). Ask some other ca residents if they've noticed any difference - it's a good reason to message Feklhr and Denise!
