So...how exactly are rating points calculated? Can somone post the method FIBS uses for calculating ratings points?
Mostly out of curiosity, but also because I want to know if the cube is releveant anymore after the match has reached match point......you know...if rating points are at stake, then it is relevant and still a weapon to be used to force an resignation. If not, then its no harm to accept a double at the end, so why bother...right...

All you want is explained here :

Rating has no effect when the match has reached his match point.
You're welcome
There is a posting on fibs.com that explains how rating points are calculated. It is based on rating and experience. I think the method sucks, btw.
