as iÃ,´m quit new (just found fibs a month ago or so) IÃ,´m looking for some info how reputation points are measured/rated.

How does one get them, how do they count... ?

Also whatÃ,´s a voucher for ?

DidnÃ,´t really find any matching answeres in the FAQS section and in search modus in here.
If i just didnÃ,´t see them simply point towards the proper site to read it.

Hello duffy_duck and welcome to the wonderful world of FIBS!
RepBot was originally created as a tool to let FIBSters know how many saved matches another player had.
When you VOUCH for someone, that means you enjoyed playing with them, or you just like them.
When you COMPLAIN about someone, it means they either dropped you or weren't a nice person to play.
The amount of points a voucher or complaint is worth depends on the experience of the voucher/complainer.
For example, let's say Player A vouches for you, and they have a low experience of about 400.
Not quite sure how many points that would be worth, but not much.
Now let's say Player B vouches for you, and their experience is high, like 20,000.
That would be worth about 10,000 points.
Don't quote me, I know it's not *exact* but it's just an example.
You can vouch or complain about someone using the following commands:
Example:  To vouch for Patti, the command would be:
t repbot vouch Patti

To complain about me <maria> the command would be:
t repbot complain maria
