Next time you visit FIBS, type "help shout"
That will answer your question.
But in a nutshell, newbies have limited shouting.
Don't worry, the more you play, the more you can shout.

Thanks for that Maria - tried it..........all I get is a list of available commands?

When I type help shout I see this:
