why i posted the same pic in two different threads .
Well i had started the pic of the week just to give something different to fibsboard every week .
Then the Christo gates happend some people asked if i was shooting it and i did for a day.
started a christo thread.
So i posted one of the pics in the pic of the week thread thinking some people might not go to the christo post .
Anyways to make things short , i am sorry i took to much space in here .
ill stop my posts and if it is not to much trouble for webrunner or the moderators to delete my threads . seems they have the ability to do it when ever they like.

There really appears to be a huge misunderstanding!
I myself do not post regularly here on the board, but a little while back, I posted the same response in 2 "related" but separate threads! This was pointed out to me, with a request to remove one, if acceptable, as it was not really that neccessary to take up the space..... or something on that line!

There are times when perhaps apparent "goodwill" and "forsight" is not obvious to the recipients, but I am sure, now that you have explained the situation, it clarifys it for all of us who enjoy your excellent photos, where they are now likely to be, and more importantly, provides us the insight in to your consideration for your fellow fibs members by ensuring the photos were not missed :yes:

If you are that forgetfull let me remind you when all this started, it was when you chastizing a new TD for making the mistake of running a tourney on firday its the day you own, i saw all of it in shouts and i called you out on it. as i have called out socksey about 2 game tourneys by the way it was your tourney you turned over to her so you can play in this one :) i wonder why ? maybe its easy pickins for you.

I know i speak for a lot of people if i ask you to reconsider.
I have several points to make for this :
1. You have a difference of opinion with two of the moderators on this forum. I understand and aknowledge that. But let me tell you, there is 12 moderators whith whom you don't have an argument. Are you really letting two people ruin it for all the others? I don't think that is the right call Vic. You are not punishing Socksey or Kari with this, just all the others. :(
2. I wonder why you want to remove your posts here? I see Fibsboard as an add-on for Fibs and not like a different thing. It is not sockseys site or kari's site, if anything it is tye site of the contributors or even my site (since i am the main contributor). I don't see you pulling out of Fibs? so why pull out of fibsboard? Because of two moderators? I don't see the difference with two TD's on Fibs. The same point copuld apply so you could stop vistiting Fibs alltogether, but i know you won't do that.
3. point.. i will miss Vics point of view, even though it isn't always my point of view, but then again.. that is what a forum is all about isn't it? I hope you understand what i am saying here.

You're right, Baldwin! Vic is an artist and a very good one. It was unthoughtful of me to forget about the heightened sensitivities of an artist.
Let me state unequivically here, that I have the highest respect for Vic as an artist, as a friend, as a backgammon player (even when he whines), as a father, and as a person regardless of what I may say or shout at him in the heat of anger.
Fibs and Fibsboard would be a far less interesting place without you, Vic. Please return to your rightful place soon.

I haven't been on here or on FIBS for a while and the last couple of times I have things have been pretty bitter and confrontational. All I want to say is that I just found your pics Vic and I think they are awesome. You should be allowed to start as many threads as you like for them and if the moderators or the owner have a problem with it then it is up to them to close them. Please don't take them down.

Now this is what I find so entertaining: I had the impression from this and the rest of vic's post starting this thread that he was done with FIBS board; instead we get more vic-dictiveness concentrated in one thread than I've ever seen.
I guess this is just as good a place as any to respond , since Ms,Socksey Moderator has closed the mini, thread.
Let me say this one more time again , i did not choose the name of that thread it was not my intent if mini's should be played or not to be played , it is not my place to say what can or cant happen in fibs.
