Ban Puppy farms

I am not gonna add a poll to this...but take the radical step of assuming most fibsters wouldn't actually condone cruelty to puppies....

And, well, ok this wont actually ban puppy farms as such........but Wales have been pretty responsive to petitions such as this - and we have seen some successes this way.

If one success was gained anywhere, it might start a trend..so - here is a link to a petition if you would like to register your feelings about these places.
