Hey y'all,

Have just received a secret  formuli from the "Secret Service".... (who else?) B)

However, I am going to have to ask you all a number of questions!!! Those of you who choose to part take in this test, should reply with the 3 digit number obtained after the set of questions.

Q1)- First of all, pick the number of times a week that you would, like to, or indeed, actually do have  a pint or a glass or two of wine.

Q2)- Multiply this number by 2 (Just to be honest) ;)

Q3)- Add 5. (for Sunday)

Q4)- Multiply it by 50........... I'll wait while you get the calculator  -_-

Q5)- If you have already had your birthday this year add 1755. If you haven't, add 1754.

Q6)- Now subtract the four-digit year that you were born.

Ok, that wasn't too hard now, was it?? You should have a 3 digit number thru your calculations. If, your total is of 2 digits, insert a zero before them, eg:0/34.

I will reveal to those of you who wish to know the meaning of these numbers in good time  B)

Come on folks, join in the fun!!!

I trust the mathematics didn't prove too hard to handle

The meaning of the 3 digits

The first digit gives the figure for the amount of times you chose to enjoy a drink in the given week.

The subsequent two digits indicates your age  :o

Well, what do you know???  :D

Nice one Mrbond. The mathematics behind it are very simple:

(2X+5).50 + 1755(or 1754) - 19XX

X is the unknown number (times you chose to enjoy a drink)

So we have:

100X + 250  + 1755(or 1754) - 19XX

=100X + [ 2005(or 2004) - 19XX ]

X multiply with 100 gives you the 1 number of the 3 digit-number. The rest is your age as you subtract the date you born  :D

I forgot to tell you that if your great grandmother try that test and she is more than 100 years old, then the test will fail.

In addition next year you have to add 1756(or 1755).
