How to post an offline Message

How do you post a message to someone who's not online in 3d FIBS?  Thanks.

Use command mode, "message user" is one way.

If you add them as a friend - then you can sent messages to them when they are offline - gives you the option, when you right click on their name, under your list of friends ;-)
