I found this website in the chicago Links and after a little moment spent there,  my first feelings are rather good.  
- New site without software to download (java-based).
- Great design
- Backgammon, Hypergammon and Nackgammon available
- free or money play
- match, money or tournament game

I think a very good potential to offer everything a players desires, really.
No many people for the moment and it needs some more works for the moment.
But I can't imagine that the community will not increase soon.

I am curious about other point of view

ive played a couple of games there, and i can say while its not FIBS, its also not horrible.  the biggest compliant i have there is, its hard to get a game because as you stated there arent many players (for now).  we'll see what happens.

I'm already signed up, it's about 2 months but in these last days I can't enter the lobbies with explorer, safari or firefox and 9999 port is well opened!
Which browser do you use Tomawaki?

Or some hints please.

P.S. I have downloaded flashplayer 7.0.24.0 for Mac osX ( I have 10.3 panther), should be that?

Works fine with Firefox and Ie for me.

Now is all in order.
I have made few matches, even a daily tournament.
Quite all of Playmaker and some Zone's rooms are ready to start.

Should be very interesting.
