Well... I followed Alef's instructions and based my design in existing marble board

Here is the result... :P

I hope you enjoy it guys  ;)

Just download the file, unzip, and then add it to your boards folder

Ahh I cant use it either - I would need to purchse WinRar to be able to unzip it from what I can gather.  :(

Ok I got winace - that seems to do something - this might yet work...

This board is really    Great work.

Mostly i directly turn back to the wood board cause i am so used to it. But this time i already played 3 matches and i still like it.

Thanks Anika...

Great to see someone else getting into board making! Nicely done, Anika  :)

I've finally got around to fixing the problems I was having with dice on two new boards. The retro one is for all those nostalgic for the ASCII days, and the DailyGammon one is just a direct copy of the design from their site.

For those unable to unzip the .rar-format, I recommend IZArc  (http://www.izsoft.dir.bg/izarc.htm), which is a great tool and unzips all compression formats! And its freeware.

If you want to have an easy program to make checkers in I'd suggest ZPaint wich is freeware. It is generally for making 3D looking buttons but is also excellent for making nice textured checkers with a 3D look. It can be downloaded from http://www.steffengerlach.de/freeware/ (http://www.steffengerlach.de/freeware/) .
