FIBS 2005 Spring Tournament Rules and Entry Information (http://www.escoffery.com/rules.html)
I would like to recommend David's tournament to anybody who hasn't tried it before. I have played in it many times, invariably meeting very pleasant opponents. The cost, $40 for the open and $20 for the limited is not great and for those worried about playing online for money, don't be. An event lasting two or three months isn't attractive to the cheats and I never seen any suspicious play patterns in all the matches that I have played. Enter today!
