but all my links *were* backgammon-related... oh well

So lots of sites have collections of links, which as you know get old and stop working. Does your special link section do any checking?

Oftentimes old links which are now "dead" may be visited using http://www.archive.org/index.php- a time machine for the web at which, unusually, a fibster actually "works".
