This is one of several Powerplants near Cologne. The Landscape in the west of Cologne is a big hole, where they are mining for brown coal, to feed the Powerplants in the area.
This Powerplant is about 500m from the first one and is currently under construction.

these Shots were made with a 24-70 2,8 and a 70-200 2,8. The effects and adjustments i did in Adobe Lightroom.

I definitely love that first one, although I am a fan of black and white pics. It seems very balanced though, and it could appear too busy if it wasn't in black and white.
