As all know, tourneybot is missing and Tbot is down so many TDs have problems.

I talked to a friend and he told me that I can download my own version of tourneybot (and ruby) and run it easily every time I have to run my tourney. My question is: where (in what site) can I find the botââ,¬â,,¢s download link and where can I find ruby? Are there any problems that I have to deal with during the installation or in a later stage?
