toggle report problem

Whenever I toggle report on, It toggles back off immediately.  I'm on ver.  2.2.306.  Test this with your versions please and let me know if you have the same condition.

That appears to be the case.
It looks like it was done intentionally but i cant remember why.
Maybe I tried to toggle this setting off and it didnt wat to stay off and I got tired of resetting it everytime I logged on.
