There are many crimes committed on this planet that never get prosecuted.  Yes, people do get away with criminal behavior.  Getting away with it does not mean that criminals aren't guilty of their anti-social behavior.

I think it is my duty to this community to point this out to those who laugh at and support and abet the virtual identity theft of my name by NIHILIST and HoneyGirl and others.  Their crimes are at least gross misdemeanors, and may be felonies.  I refer you to RCW, the revised code of the State of Washington, if you have any doubts.  There is a difference between childish flaming and criminal behavior.

In the first place, there's no law that says I can't call myself anything I want  at an internet bg site. No one stole your identity and benefited from it in any way, financial or otherwise. No crime, no punishment.

As to your major bone of contention, the RGB writings you claim I posted would SEEM to fall under the laws concerning LIBEL AND SLANDER. Your own state code refers to libel as " To expose any living person to hatred, contempt, ridicule or obloquy, or to deprive him of the benefit of public confidence or social intercourse." It goes on to discuss publishing such things in magazines, newspapers or other periodicals. No mention of an internet site.

The state code also defines such actions as GROSS MISDEMEANORS; nowhere is the word FELONY used. Further, if you research it more, I believe you'll find that libel is a CIVIL issue. If you believe you have a case, get a lawyer and sue. There must be hundreds of lawyers just drooling at the thought of taking this one on on a contingency basis.

BTW, you might also see if the statute of limitations has expired.

I suggest that you have been guilty of libellous behavior yourself on numerous occasions. One only needs to read your many posts on FIBSBOARD. Exposing others to CONTEMPT and RIDICULE is your stock and trade.

The bottom line is you have no proof of any of your charges other than I caled myself Don Hanlen on Netgammon, something which is not against any law and which I freely admit to.

With regard to the RGB posts I rely on the time-honored defense a prominent Texas attorney used for a client whose dog was accused of biting a woman;

1) My dog was in the back yard at the time of the alleged attack

2) My dog never bit her

3) I don't own a dog

Incidentally, Don, I'm pretty confident that the laws of Washington wouldn't apply in any case. It seems to me you'd have to determine in what state the infraction occurred, determine the libel law in that state, then find yourself a ruthless Jew lawyer willing to take on such a lucrative case.
