QuoteIn the case of FIBS league, if a player cannot be civil while scheduling and playing a match, the player should not be allowed to play in the league.

Those who find this behavior normal and acceptable are simply wrong.
not only in league games, don,  but in every game...  this place is in a suicidal phase by accepting that kind of behaviour, its as simple as that. People who look to have a nice game of gammon never stay long and search another place to play... who can blame them??.... Wonder what Patti will (finally!!) do when she will be left with only all that bad mouthed people??... I guess closing the place is better than preventing..??

You're right except if it's a conflict against 2 people that make this scheduling hard to plan. In this case it would be necessarry to plan your match by mail with copy to the TD. Even if it's the badest thing I want to see in my league.

Actually, not 'after'. The TD must be in 'cc:'. :)
Don't forget to prefix the subject with the right string, otherwise the mail server will bounce it for anti-spam reasons.
