I am starting a new format of tourney.....well not really.  In order to enter into the tourney you must tell a joke in shout.

It should be funny, but hopefully not too offensive to anyone!

So if you see something labeled "joke" in a tourney...make sure you come prepared!

Just trying to have some fun!   :P
